1. The service

OneWord creates digital collectibles from controlled AI image-generation events. A daily word and model settings are selected by OneWord; individual model outputs are stochastic and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You must provide accurate account information and may not use the service to interfere with other users, automate abusive activity, evade limits, manipulate markets or compromise the service.

3. Coins

OneWord coins are an internal digital-use balance for pulls and marketplace activity. Coins are not money, cryptocurrency, securities or an investment product, do not earn interest, and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for cash or real-world value. OneWord may provide promotional coins separately from purchased coins.

4. AI-generated collectibles

Outputs may be unexpected, imperfect or similar to other outputs. OneWord does not promise uniqueness of visual concepts, commercial suitability, future value or rarity. Ownership recorded by OneWord means ownership within the OneWord service and its internal provenance ledger; it does not create a blockchain token or transfer third-party intellectual-property rights that OneWord does not possess.

5. Marketplace

Users may list eligible collectibles and transact using OneWord coins subject to current marketplace rules and fees. OneWord may cancel or reverse transactions affected by fraud, technical error, account compromise or violations of these terms.

6. Purchases

Real-money coin purchases are processed by third-party payment providers such as Xsolla. Additional payment-provider terms may apply. Digital purchase and refund rules are described in the OneWord Refund Policy.

7. Availability and changes

AI providers, models, pricing, limits and features can change. OneWord may suspend a model, marketplace action or account when reasonably necessary for reliability, security, legal compliance or abuse prevention.

8. No investment promise

Collectibles and coins are offered for entertainment and collecting. OneWord does not promise appreciation, liquidity, resale demand or profit.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI generation and third-party services can fail or become unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
