Digital Purchase & Refund Policy

OneWord sells digital-use coins. This policy covers coin purchases and technical pull failures.

Coin purchases

Coin purchases are digital purchases fulfilled to your OneWord account after payment confirmation. Except where required by law, completed and correctly fulfilled coin purchases are generally final.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged without authorization, or charged for a purchase that was not fulfilled, contact OneWord support promptly with the account email and payment-provider order information so the transaction can be reviewed.

Failed fulfillment

If payment is confirmed but the purchased coins are not delivered because of a OneWord technical error, OneWord will attempt to correct the balance or otherwise resolve the failed fulfillment. Payment-provider processing times may affect when a transaction status becomes final.

Image-generation failures

A pull that does not result in a collectible should not permanently consume the pull price. If a technical error causes an incorrect coin deduction, OneWord may correct the account balance or ledger.

Spent coins and marketplace activity

Refund requests may be denied where purchased coins have already been consumed, transferred through marketplace activity, or otherwise used in a way that cannot reasonably be reversed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Chargebacks and fraud

Fraudulent payment activity, abusive refund requests or unresolved chargebacks may result in account restrictions while the transaction is investigated.

How to request help

Use the support channel published on OneWord and include enough information to identify the account and transaction. Do not send full payment-card numbers or sensitive payment credentials to OneWord.
