Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information OneWord uses to provide accounts, AI generation, purchases and marketplace features.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your email address and account identifier; service activity such as pulls, balances, listings, offers and ownership history; generated-image metadata; security and diagnostic information; and payment transaction identifiers and fulfillment status.

Payments

Real-money purchases are processed by third-party payment providers such as Xsolla. OneWord does not need to store your full payment-card number in order to fulfill coin purchases. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms.

AI and infrastructure providers

To generate and deliver the service, OneWord may send the daily word and required generation settings to AI infrastructure providers, and may use hosting, database, storage, authentication and network providers. These providers process information needed to perform their services.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, generate and store collectibles, maintain balances and provenance, process purchases, operate the marketplace, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that operate OneWord, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Public marketplace information

Collectible images, generation metadata, listings, prices and marketplace activity intended to be public may be visible to other users. Your private account credentials and payment details are not intended to be public.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed to operate accounts, preserve collectible provenance, meet accounting or legal requirements, resolve disputes and protect the service. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may stop using the service at any time. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information. Some transaction, security or provenance records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.

Updates and contact

Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date. Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the support channel published on OneWord.
