ONEWORDMARKET PAYMENT PROCESSING AND UNDERWRITING OVERVIEW Version date: August 31, 2026 (UTC) Website: https://www.onewordmarket.com Public review page: https://www.onewordmarket.com/underwriting PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT This document is a factual product and risk disclosure for payment processors, merchant-of-record providers, acquiring partners, and platform reviewers. It is not consumer marketing and does not characterize OneWordMarket as a conventional video game. LEGAL AND CONTACT INFORMATION Product and trade name: OneWordMarket Website: https://www.onewordmarket.com Legal entity, beneficial-owner identification, tax information, business address, bank information, and a direct compliance contact will be supplied privately in the provider's secure onboarding process. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OneWordMarket is a web-based AI creative and digital collectible platform with closed-loop credits and a user marketplace. OneWordMarket selects one canonical word for each UTC day. Authenticated users may spend internal OneWord coins to request an image from one of the model editions offered for that word. Users do not enter arbitrary text prompts. A successful model output becomes an account-based digital collectible with its word, UTC date, model contract, settings, original image bytes, SHA-256 fingerprint, and ownership history recorded by the platform. Users may keep and display collectibles or list eligible collectibles in the OneWordMarket marketplace. All marketplace purchases and seller proceeds are denominated only in OneWord coins. Coins cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, converted to cryptocurrency, used outside OneWordMarket, or transferred through a user-entered payment instruction. OneWordMarket does not promise appreciation, liquidity, resale demand, profit, interest, prizes, or monetary returns. OneWordMarket is not a blockchain, NFT, cryptocurrency, gambling, sweepstakes, wagering, money-transmission, or investment service. It has no wallets, tokens, gas fees, staking, cash prizes, or cash-out facility. Ownership and provenance are maintained in the platform's account and database records. PRODUCT FLOW 1. A user creates and authenticates a OneWordMarket account. 2. The user may purchase a fixed package of closed-loop coins through a hosted third-party checkout. 3. After signed payment confirmation, the exact purchased amount is credited once to the authenticated account. 4. The user selects an available model edition for the platform-selected daily word. The user does not type a custom prompt. 5. The platform reserves the published coin price while the generation job runs and charges it only after a collectible is successfully created. Failed jobs release or restore the reserved coins. 6. The accepted original image and generation facts are stored with a SHA-256 fingerprint and ownership record. 7. The owner may keep, display, or list the collectible. A marketplace sale transfers the collectible and settles the transaction in closed-loop coins. Seller proceeds remain closed-loop and cannot be cashed out. WHAT CUSTOMERS BUY The proposed payment products are repeatable, one-time consumable digital-credit packages. Current USD package schedule: - 5,000 coins - $0.99 - SKU oneword_coins_5000 - 28,500 coins - $4.99 - SKU oneword_coins_28500 - 60,000 coins - $9.99 - SKU oneword_coins_60000 - 130,000 coins - $19.99 - SKU oneword_coins_130000 - 275,000 coins - $39.99 - SKU oneword_coins_275000 - 600,000 coins - $79.99 - SKU oneword_coins_600000 - 1,250,000 coins - $159.99 - SKU oneword_coins_1250000 Purchased coins do not expire under the current policy. Prices are displayed before checkout. A user's current balance and ledger-backed transaction history are available within the product. CLOSED-LOOP COIN CONTROLS - OneWordMarket is the sole issuer and operator of the coin system. - Coins have utility only inside OneWordMarket for generation and marketplace activity. - Coins are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, securities, or an investment product. - There is no cash redemption, withdrawal, external wallet, exchange, peer-to-peer cash transfer, or off-platform acceptance. - A marketplace seller receives coins, not money. Those coins remain subject to the same closed-loop restrictions. - Marketplace transactions transfer platform collectibles and internal ledger balances; OneWordMarket does not process payments between user bank accounts or cards. - Completed activity is recorded in an internal transaction and provenance ledger. - The public Coin Standard expressly disclaims appreciation, liquidity, resale demand, purchasing-power, and return promises. PAYMENT AND FULFILLMENT CONTROLS The existing integration pattern uses a provider-hosted checkout. OneWordMarket does not collect or store full card numbers. The platform currently implements: - authenticated server-side checkout creation; - a fixed server-side package and SKU allowlist; - signed webhook verification before credit delivery; - exact item count, quantity, SKU, USD currency, and amount validation; - provider order and transaction identifiers stored with the purchase; - idempotent database fulfillment so a replayed callback does not issue coins twice; - separate handling for paid and canceled or refunded orders; - a customer-visible pending, confirmed, failed, or review state; and - balance refresh after confirmed fulfillment. The provider remains responsible for card processing and its own fraud, sanctions, and payment-method controls. OneWordMarket will provide requested identity, business, banking, and traffic information through the provider's secure onboarding channel. REVENUECAT COMPATIBILITY OneWordMarket may use RevenueCat as a purchase-orchestration and virtual-currency integration layer. RevenueCat supports repeatable consumable products, virtual-currency grants, server APIs, and purchase webhooks. RevenueCat is not being represented as an underwriting bypass or an automatic merchant of record. For RevenueCat Billing or Stripe Billing, Stripe remains the payment processor and the OneWordMarket merchant remains subject to Stripe approval and applicable merchant responsibilities. For a RevenueCat flow backed by Paddle, Paddle remains the billing engine and merchant of record and must separately approve the product. OneWordMarket's existing database would initially remain the authoritative ledger for generation spending and marketplace settlement; verified RevenueCat purchase events would grant the corresponding coin package idempotently. CONTENT AND PLATFORM RISK - OneWordMarket, not the user, selects the single canonical word used as the generation input for each UTC day. - Users cannot submit arbitrary text prompts through the standard collectible flow. - Each offered model is a pinned platform contract with published settings and coin price. - Model editions can be disabled or retired prospectively for safety, reliability, legal, or provider-policy reasons. - Accepted originals are fingerprinted and tied to generation and ownership metadata. - The Terms prohibit unlawful use and permit suspension of accounts or features for abuse, fraud, account compromise, or legal compliance. - OneWordMarket does not offer chance-based monetary prizes, contests funded by entry fees, betting, wagering, raffles, or sweepstakes. CONSUMER PROTECTIONS AND REFUNDS Coin purchases are digital purchases fulfilled to the user's authenticated account after payment confirmation. Correctly fulfilled purchases are generally final except where law requires otherwise. Duplicate, unauthorized, or unfulfilled charges are reviewed using the account and provider order information. If payment is confirmed but coins are not delivered because of a OneWordMarket technical error, the platform will correct the balance or otherwise resolve the failed fulfillment. A generation request that does not produce a collectible should not permanently consume its coin price. Public policies: - Terms: https://www.onewordmarket.com/terms - Privacy: https://www.onewordmarket.com/privacy - Refunds: https://www.onewordmarket.com/refunds - Coin Standard and economic disclosures: https://www.onewordmarket.com/policy - Public coin-supply reporting: https://www.onewordmarket.com/economy DATA AND SECURITY SUMMARY - Account authentication is required for purchases and balance-changing actions. - Payment credentials are entered in provider-hosted checkout, not stored by OneWordMarket. - Secret keys and privileged currency operations remain server-side. - Webhook signatures are checked against the unmodified request body. - Purchase fulfillment is validated and idempotent. - Database access controls separate user-facing access from privileged service operations. - Original collectible bytes and display variants are stored separately; SHA-256 fingerprints identify accepted originals. BUSINESS CLASSIFICATION Most accurate description: web-based AI creative and digital collectible platform with closed-loop credits and a user marketplace. Suggested product categories: digital goods; AI creative application; image-generation credits; online collectibles; account-based virtual goods. OneWordMarket should not be classified as a conventional video game solely to fit a provider category. It also should not be classified as a crypto exchange, NFT marketplace, money-service business, gambling product, or investment platform because it does not provide those functions. SPECIFIC UNDERWRITING REQUEST OneWordMarket requests written approval to sell the listed non-expiring, closed-loop coin packages. Coins fund AI image-generation requests and coin-only purchases of account-based collectibles in a marketplace operated entirely by OneWordMarket. There is no cash redemption or user payout. Please confirm: 1. Whether this closed-loop consumable-credit model is approved. 2. Whether the platform-operated, coin-only collectible marketplace with no cash-out is approved. 3. Whether any transaction limits, rolling reserve, delayed settlement, enhanced KYC, refund terms, or additional disclosures are required. 4. Whether the proposed provider configuration treats OneWordMarket or the provider as merchant of record. MATERIAL CHANGES The facts above are current as of August 31, 2026 UTC. OneWordMarket will disclose material changes to the payment model, including any future cash redemption, external transferability, cryptocurrency or blockchain functionality, monetary prizes, user-supplied prompts, materially different marketplace settlement, or new regulated financial features, before enabling such changes through an approved provider.
